Korolla or Kerala ( bitter gourd) seeds are as healthy as the vegetable itself. It is easy to make and is served with plain white rice.

Ingredients
Serves: 5
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of korolla seeds
4-5 green chillies
4-5 cloves of garlic
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins
1. Heat a pan with oil, and fry the korolla seeds, green chillies and garlic cloves.
2. Now transfer the fried mixture on a sheel pata and grind well. Don’t forget to add the salt for taste!
