Korollar Bichir Bhorta


Korolla or Kerala ( bitter gourd) seeds are as healthy as the vegetable itself. It is easy to make and is served with plain white rice.

Ingredients

Serves: 5
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of korolla seeds
4-5 green chillies
4-5 cloves of garlic

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins
1. Heat a pan with oil, and fry the korolla seeds, green chillies and garlic cloves.
2. Now transfer the fried mixture on a sheel pata and grind well. Don’t forget to add the salt for taste!

2 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper or capsicum
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 cucumber - small one
1 cup cabbage
1/2 lemon

Preparation method

Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 5 mins
1. cut all the vegetables into long thin slices
2. mix the lemon juice, salt, salad seasoning, pepper
3. serve!
